White Buffalo came out to check on a high water usage at my house after NJAWC came out and said there was no leaks and the meter was working correctly. White Buffalo determined there is a leak. After calling NJAWC back, they now say there is a possibile leak somewhere between the meter and the house. White Buffalo was efficient, professional, friendly and absolutely correct in there assessment. This company is trustworthy and the best you can have to work on your house. Hire them!

Can't say enough about the service and professionalism i received from this company.
Contacted them to troubleshoot my 3 year old multi splits that were still under warranty with a different company that put me off for a year.
They sent 2 of their guys out promptly, told me what they thought problem might be and encouraged me to continue to try to get original installer out as they did not want to charge me for the coverage and warranty I had in place already. Amazing ethical and empathetic company.
If icannot get satisfaction from unnamed original installer I will definitely be hiring this company. Please consider them as they do all types of construction work!

It was 2 wks b4 xmas 2021 and my wife n our 10 mth old daughter were coming home from Flordia when I found myself without a bathroom or any running water. I called around and no one would help me. Until one night, 3 days b4 my wife and daughter were due home (God sent me) Mike, from White Buffalo Construction. He showed up the very next day and promised I would have a working bathroom and running water in my kitchen by the time my wife and baby got home. I called and spoke with Andrew who is very helpful and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment and Michael and DJ showed up right on time and went right to work to unclog our utility sink. I got home from work just as they were leaving the house and they told me the problem, what caused it and what they did to fix it all for a very good price. They left, I went inside and the utility sink was working perfectly and the area was cleaner than when I left for work that morning. In this time when it’s very rare to even have a contractor call back, they showed up and got the job done. Mike from White Buffalo came to my home to repair a broken faucet on my bathtub.
It needed replacement parts, the tub is older and parts are had to find. A previous plumber told me the parts aren’t available and I will have to keep the water supply to the tub shut off.

My mother experienced a flood in her basement so we turned the water off. This was on a Sunday, by Sunday night we had the problem fixed and hot water back in our house. How? Michael rushed out to the house to repair the leak, he didn’t have all the necessary parts on him so he had to run out to get the supplies on a Sunday night to them come back to fix the problem. Not only did he get this done same day on a Sunday night, but he only charged my my mom for the parts and waived all labor charges. Both of my experiences with Mike were 5 star. First, he provided invaluable advice on how to do a DIY plumbing repair instead of a costly alternative solution (which I would have gotten done if the DIY repair didn't work). So he's knowledgeable and forthcoming, doing what's best for his customer. Second, he did a great, professional job installing much-needed rigid ductwork between my dryer and a new outside vent.
